Time to Thrive Children’s Therapy is a mobile pediatric occupational therapy practice serving children and families in Naples, Florida and surrounding areas.
We provide personalized occupational therapy and feeding therapy in the comfort of your child’s home and community, allowing therapy to take place within the environments and routines that are most meaningful to your family.
Our goal is to help children build the skills they need to participate more independently and confidently in everyday activities. We work closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare providers to provide individualized, family-centered care.
We are currently providing mobile/in-home services only and do not operate from a clinic location.

Davis Vertin M.S OTR/L
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Ms. Davis was born and raised in Naples, Florida, she is proud to provide care in the community she calls home. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2018 and later completed her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at FGCU in 2020. She is passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential and has experience treating a wide variety of diagnoses, including autism, Down syndrome, ADHD, muscular dystrophies, cerebral palsy, brain injury, developmental delays, sensory processing difficulties, and a range of genetic differences. She has supported children from birth through adolescence.
Her clinical training includes rotations in a public school and an outpatient pediatric clinic, giving her a broad perspective on child development and family-centered care. She is trained in the SOS Approach to Feeding and has specialized knowledge in pediatric pelvic floor therapy, further enhancing her ability to support children with complex feeding and toileting needs. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and is excited to be part of a team that helps children and families thrive.

How Mobile Therapy Works
Your occupational therapist comes directly to your home or an appropriate community setting. Sessions are typically scheduled based on your location and our current therapy route, allowing us to provide consistent care while minimizing travel time between families.

Jessica Garcia M.S OTR/L
Owner and Occupational Therapist
Jessica is orginally from Naples and graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2011. Her passion and interest in psychology and human development led her to continue her education in Miami. She obtained a Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Florida International University in 2014. Jessica is a proud member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and she is a registered OT with NBCOT. Jessica has experience working with children diagnosed with various conditions such as Autism, Down's Syndrome, Fragile X syndrome, chromosomal disorders, global developmental delays, Sensory processing disorder, Dyslexia, ADHD/ADD, Cerebral Palsy, feeding issues, and neurodevelopmental disorders. She has gained valuable experience from working in outpatient clinics, schools and early intervention home health settings. Her speciality in pediatric occupational therapy is supported by her holistic knowlege in:

-Dr. Ross Greene's Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS) model
-Cognitive Behavioral Techniques
In addition, Jessica is bilinglual in Spanish and English. She enjoys working with families to help them reach their children's goals and finds her career meaningful and enjoyable. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Time to Thrive Children’s Therapy offers several payment options for pediatric occupational therapy services.
Private Pay
Private-pay services are available for families who prefer to receive occupational therapy without using insurance benefits. Please contact us for current rates and availability.
Commercial Insurance
We participate with select commercial insurance plans. Please contact us to confirm whether we currently participate with your specific plan.
Insurance coverage varies by plan. Verification of benefits does not guarantee payment or coverage, and referral or prior authorization requirements may apply.
Medicaid
We are not currently accepting new Medicaid clients.
Current Medicaid clients may contact us directly with questions regarding their existing services or coverage.
Step Up For Students
Time to Thrive Children’s Therapy is an approved Step Up For Students provider. Eligible families may be able to use available scholarship funds toward qualifying occupational therapy services.
Mobile Service Availability
Because we are a mobile pediatric therapy practice, availability is based on your home location, therapist availability, and current therapy route.

Jessica is that rare continuation of expertise and heart. She is a gifted Occupational Therapist who challenges children and teens to be the best that they can be and truly cares about each individual and family. Our son Dakota has been seeing Jessica since 2017. She started with fine motor difficulties (i.e., how to hold a pencil, use scissors, learn to write his letters, button his shirt, pants and take a deep breath when he didn't master things at first, use his words instead of acting out.) He strives to meet his goals as she challenges him to do so. He has learned to ride a bike with no training wheels, jump rope, balance, skip and jump. We are now working on addition with place values. She comes up with new ideas every week to keep it fresh and fun. Jessica is an excellent Occupational Therapist and I'm grateful to have found OTwithJess for my son and will continue to see her throughout his school years.
